Automatic Pallet Stacker Crane System
Feature
Function
The fully automated pallet stacker crane warehouse system is a high‑efficiency, high‑density storage solution. Through the fully automated operation of the stacker crane within the aisle, the system performs pallet inbound, outbound, and internal reallocation tasks. It is composed of high‑bay racking, aisle rails, a stacker crane, inbound/outbound stations, and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
When an inbound command is issued by the WMS, the pallet is delivered to the inbound station via conveyor. The stacker crane moves to the station and retrieves the pallet using its telescopic forks. It then travels to the assigned rack location, lifts to the required height, and places the pallet into the designated storage position, completing the inbound cycle. The stacker crane then returns to its standby position, ready for the next task. The outbound process follows the same sequence, with commands and actions reversed.
Key features of the system include high‑density storage suitable for high‑bay warehouses; fully automated inbound, outbound, and reallocation operations that significantly reduce manpower and forklift usage; and stable, precise performance ideal for storing food, beverages, packaging materials, and raw materials.
