Cup Capper

In a straight‑line operation, plastic caps are stored in the cap hopper at the top of the machine. The distributor separates the caps and feeds them one by one into the chute. After the cups enter the machine, they are pushed forward by two timing screw. The caps are taken from the chute, and an inclined plate presses each plastic cap onto the cup.
