Four Tanks Recovery CIP system

The four‑tank recovery CIP system is designed to reclaim caustic and acid cleaning solutions, and it also recovers the diluted caustic solution and rinse water from the final caustic stage for reuse in the next cleaning cycle. Both the caustic tank and acid tank are equipped with concentration sensors and are connected to dosing systems for caustic and acid replenishment, ensuring accurate control of cleaning‑solution concentration. In addition, the caustic and acid tanks are fitted with heating systems to maintain the required solution temperature for effective cleaning performance.
