Granulator
Feature
Function
A granulator forms granules by extruding pre‑mixed powder through a calibrated perforated plate. As the powder passes through the die plate, it becomes small cylindrical granules, which are then transferred to a fluidized bed dryer for further drying to achieve the final product.
One of the powder ingredients is a binder. Before granulation, water is added to activate the binder so that the powder can agglomerate and form stable granules
