In-line Capless Induction Sealer
Feature
Function
“In conventional high‑frequency induction sealing, the sealing foil must be pre‑cut and placed inside the cap. The cap must be screwed onto the bottle before induction sealing can take place. If leak‑testing or post‑hot‑fill cooling is required, the cap must be removed again after sealing and later re‑applied, resulting in a relatively complicated workflow.
To address this, the inline cap‑less induction sealing system eliminates the need for pre‑capping. The sealing foil is supplied in roll form and cut to the required shape by the machine immediately before sealing. After sealing, leak‑testing and cooling can be performed directly. And the cap is required to apply a the final stage. This greatly simplifies and streamlines the entire process.
