In-line Leakage Detection Machine by Displacement

In a linear intermittent system, once the bottles are positioned inside the machine, a cylinder extends to contact each bottle. The cylinder is equipped with stroke‑sensing feedback. When the cylinder first touches the bottle, the stroke sensor records the initial measurement. After a defined time interval, the sensor captures a second measurement. The difference between these two readings is used to determine whether the induction seal is leaking or not
