In-line Leakage Detection Machine by X-ray Checking of Level

In a straight‑line continuous operation, when the bottles enter the machine, an X‑ray inspection module performs the first fill‑level check. The bottles then move into the pressure‑belt section, where two pressure belts on the left and right apply force to the bottles. At the end of this section, another X‑ray inspection module performs a second fill‑level check. The difference between the two measured levels is used to determine whether the seal has any leakage.
