A pressure test is performed on the pre‑made pouch after filling and sealing. When the sensor at the leak‑testing machine’s inlet detects a pouch entering, a parallel pressure plate descends and moves forward at the same speed as the lower conveyor. The pouch is compressed during this motion; if the seal is defective, the product will be forced out from the pouch, allowing the operator to identify leakage immediately
