Plastic Pallet cleaning System

Tunnel‑type design: Plastic pallets are placed on the conveyor at one end of the tunnel, and the conveyor transports them into the washing zone for high‑pressure spraying. The system includes a heating unit that heats the alkaline solution to the required temperature, which is then pumped to the spray nozzles for washing. Clean water is then used for final rinsing. Once the cleaning process is completed, the pallets exit from the opposite end of the tunnel, where operators can retrieve the fully cleaned pallets

Depending on the number of pallet that need to be washed each day
