Positive Presuure Powder Handling System

Positive Presuure Powder Handling System

Feature

Function
Powder materials refer to dry raw ingredients such as sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, flour, or other similar powdered or granular substances. In automated conveying of these materials, either a positive‑pressure system or a vacuum conveying system may be used. A positive‑pressure powder‑handling system is capable of supporting high‑throughput requirements, such as up to 13 tons per hour, and can be integrated with various auxiliary equipment, including outdoor storage silos, automated 1‑ton big‑bag unloading systems, and weighing systems. It can also be combined with liquid‑ingredient processing systems such as mixing, heating, storage, and cleaning. Together, these components form a fully computerized, fully automated product‑processing system.

Design
Such systems are typically designed to handle high‑throughput requirements, especially for ingredients like sugar or salt, where daily consumption can exceed 100 tons. A positive‑pressure powder‑handling system is required to achieve maximum performance under these conditions. Its level of automation is high, and the system must be engineered according to several factors, including the type of powder materials, the number of formulations, the complexity of the processing system, and the degree of integration required with liquid‑ingredient systems
