Powder Filler

Metal cans or plastic bottles are conveyed to the inlet of the powder filling machine. Two cylinders, controlled by photo‑sensor signals and PLC programming, position each container precisely under the auger inlet. The container is lifted for filling, and as it gradually descends, the auger dispenses powder into the can or bottle. After filling is completed, the container is discharged to the sealing process
