Depending on line speed, stacking requirements, and production‑line layout, different configurations and gripper designs are available. After the cartons enter the system, they first undergo longitudinal and transverse alignment. Once positioned, the mechanical gripper lifts the entire group of cartons and places them onto the pallet. This cycle repeats until the pallet is filled with the specified number of cartons
