Shrink Sleeve Application Machine

The shrink film is supplied in roll form and mounted on the film‑roll wheel. The film is then guided to the forming mold, where it is opened into a cylindrical sleeve. Next is the cutting unit; after cutting, the drive wheels place the film sleeve onto the product. There are two sets of drive wheels, both powered by stepper motors. The first set drives the entire film roll from the film‑roll wheel to the cutting unit and also controls the film length for cutting. The second set works with a photoelectric sensor: when a product arrives at the drive wheel position, the wheel actuates and applies the shrink sleeve onto the product.

Sleeve can be applied to botttle neck or bottle body

The shrink sleeve can be transparent or printed, allowing it to serve as the bottle’s label.
