Single Use Cleaning System
Feature
Function
A single‑use cleaning system is characterized by its simplified configuration, typically consisting of one circulation tank and one recovery tank with a capacity of less than one ton. Cleaning solutions—including caustic, acid, and sanitizing agents—are injected into the pipelines at high pressure and are used only once without recycling. Because the system operates on a single‑use basis, the concentrations of caustic and acid solutions can be lower than those used in full‑recovery CIP systems. This type of cleaning system is particularly suitable for production setups with relatively simple process flows, such as lines comprising only a mixing tank, cooking tank, and storage tank, and is also well‑suited for cleaning filling machines and individual pipelines.
Construction material
Stainless steel 304 or 316L
Design
The cleaning system can be integrated and designed according to the process flow and requirements of the processing system; however, the processing system itself requires separate, dedicated engineering design for proper compatibility and piping configuration
