Two Sides Tilting Conveyor

All incoming bottles, initially oriented with the mouth facing upward, are divided into two lanes at the inlet of the inversion unit. One lane rotates the bottles 90° to the left, and the other lane rotates them 90° to the right. After inversion, the two lanes merge at the outlet. Inside the inversion machine, the bottle mouths are positioned horizontally, allowing the high‑temperature hot‑filled product to flow toward the bottle opening and cap area, enabling thermal sterilization of the mouth and closure.”
