Waste Water Treatment Plant using SBR

Waste Water Treatment Plant using SBR

Feature

Function
Conventional wastewater treatment systems must determine the maximum treatment capacity at the design stage and can at most be built in two or three phases. They offer limited scalability, require substantial investment, occupy large land areas, and need a certain number of operators for daily operation. The SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) wastewater treatment system operates in batch cycles, processing wastewater through filling, aeration, settling, and decanting stages. It provides excellent scalability, allowing expansion from an initial capacity of 10 tons per day up to 2,000 tons per day simply by increasing the number of SBR tanks. The system requires almost no operators, as all processes are controlled by PLC programs. It is a highly cost‑effective and scalable solution for wastewater treatment.

Design
Depending on the daily wastewater flow to be treated, the concentration of the wastewater, and the regulatory requirements for discharge quality
